Our most generous pack: six layers of unbleached GOTS certified organic cotton, with a pocket and extra flannels. Very soft, and made to be worn for as long as you like.

The straps are cotton, so avoid over-stretching them when you tie the pack.

Each piece is individually handmade in England, so pattern placement and stitching may vary slightly from the photos.

Before you use your pack: for external use only. Do a patch test with your castor oil before first use, and don't use on broken or irritated skin. Not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition or are unsure, check with your doctor first. If you use a hot water bottle, fill it with hot, not boiling, water and don't fall asleep with it in place.
