Shipping policy

Every AM Rituals order is packed by hand and sent with Royal Mail tracked services, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

UK and Isle of Man

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.00 per order. Usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.

Channel Islands

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £6.00 per order. Usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch.

International

Royal Mail International Tracked. The price depends on the destination and the weight of your order, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Europe: from £14.00, usually 3 to 5 working days
• USA: from £19.50, usually 5 to 8 working days
• Rest of the world: from £19.50, usually 5 to 8 working days

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, please email info@amrituals.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is sent.
