We want you to love your ritual. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after it arrives. To do this, email us at info@amrituals.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Once we’ve confirmed your return, we’ll email you the address to send it to. Please don’t post anything back to us before you’ve heard from us.

Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, anything that arrives sealed, such as a bottle of castor oil, can’t be returned once the seal has been broken. If an item has been used beyond simply looking at it, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

You pay the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

Please email info@amrituals.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. If your parcel arrived damaged, it really helps if you tell us within 7 days, so we can claim from Royal Mail. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of sending it back to us.

Your refund

We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or of you sending us proof that you’ve posted it, whichever is sooner. If you cancel your whole order, we’ll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
