A castor oil pack shaped to sit comfortably over the lower abdomen and pelvic area, made from six layers of unbleached GOTS certified organic cotton.

Each piece is individually handmade in England, so pattern placement and stitching may vary slightly from the photos.

Before you use your pack: for external use only. Do a patch test with your castor oil before first use, and don't use on broken or irritated skin. Not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition or are unsure, check with your doctor first. If you use a hot water bottle, fill it with hot, not boiling, water and don't fall asleep with it in place.
