DIY Castor Oil Pack Kit with Hot Water Bottle

A simple kit for making your own castor oil compress, with a heart-shaped hot water bottle.

• 1 × GOTS certified organic cotton flannel, 27 × 15 cm, 4-ply
• 2 × GOTS certified organic cotton terry towels, 30 × 30 cm (one spare)
• 1 × heart-shaped hot water bottle, natural rubber, 0.5 L
• Steam-disinfected before packing, ready to use
• Castor oil is sold separately

Before you use your pack: for external use only. Do a patch test with your castor oil before first use, and don't use on broken or irritated skin. Not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition or are unsure, check with your doctor first. If you use a hot water bottle, fill it with hot, not boiling, water and don't fall asleep with it in place.
